Who we are and what this covers

Signapipe LLC (“Signapipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates signapipe.com and provides done-for-you sales infrastructure services for LegalShield associates — including outbound call center setup, lead management, agent training, and the Signapipe client dashboard (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or access our Services. By using our website or Services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and purchases of our services and digital products are managed through SureCart. We receive only limited transaction confirmation data from these platforms.

How we use your information
  • To create and manage your account and deliver the Services you purchased
  • To process transactions and send receipts and confirmations
  • To configure your integrations (Zoho CRM, RingCentral, TXT180, Constant Contact)
  • To provide your client dashboard, metrics, pipeline data, and agent reporting
  • To communicate about your account, updates, or support requests
  • To send weekly performance summaries and notifications (opt-out available)
  • To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics
  • To detect and prevent fraud or violations of our Terms of Service
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional and account emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

04 — Sharing
How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:

Service providers
Trusted vendors (hosting, payments, email delivery) who are contractually restricted to using your data only for services to us
Integration partners
When you connect third-party platforms through the dashboard, data necessary to enable those integrations is shared with those platforms
Business transfers
In a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer — we will notify you beforehand
Legal requirements
When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or business
With your consent
For any other purpose only with your explicit permission

Active accounts
Retained for the full duration of your subscription
Closed accounts
Retained for up to 3 years, then securely deleted or anonymized
Support communications
Retained for up to 2 years
Transaction records
Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations

You may request earlier deletion — see Section 07 for your rights.

Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correct
Fix inaccurate or incomplete information in your account
Delete
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
Export
Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
Opt out
Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
Restrict
Limit how we process your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@signapipe.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

08 — Security
How we protect your data

We use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS/TLS encrypted data transmission
  • Hashed and salted password storage — passwords are never stored in plain text
  • Access controls limiting data to authorized personnel only
  • Regular review of our data collection and processing practices

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@signapipe.com.

09 — Third-Party Services
Integrated platforms & their policies

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms you connect through the dashboard. Please review their policies directly:

10 — Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not for minors

Our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at hello@signapipe.com if you believe this has occurred.

11 — Policy Updates
How we notify you of changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will:

  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
  • Notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect
  • Display a notice on the Signapipe client dashboard

Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
