Signapipe LLC (“Signapipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates signapipe.com and provides done-for-you sales infrastructure services for LegalShield associates — including outbound call center setup, lead management, agent training, and the Signapipe client dashboard (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or access our Services. By using our website or Services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and purchases of our services and digital products are managed through SureCart. We receive only limited transaction confirmation data from these platforms.
- To create and manage your account and deliver the Services you purchased
- To process transactions and send receipts and confirmations
- To configure your integrations (Zoho CRM, RingCentral, TXT180, Constant Contact)
- To provide your client dashboard, metrics, pipeline data, and agent reporting
- To communicate about your account, updates, or support requests
- To send weekly performance summaries and notifications (opt-out available)
- To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics
- To detect and prevent fraud or violations of our Terms of Service
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional and account emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms you connect through the dashboard. Please review their policies directly:
Our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at hello@signapipe.com if you believe this has occurred.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will:

- Notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Display a notice on the Signapipe client dashboard
